KAISU (M) SDN BHD is a Malaysian-owned company established since 1993, while KAISU REALTY SDN BHD was formed in October 1996, specializing in supply of quality architectural hardware and building materials.
Our mission is to become the country market leader in the architectural field through our earnest consultation and good customer services in achieving the high quality of company services. We have gained vast practical experiences such as large scale housing projects, commercial shophouses, industrial factories, airports, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, government buildings, marine navy supply base, police station,
heavy civil engineering jobs and high rise infrastructure works, which we have supplied our products for numerous projects all in Malaysia.
Our company offers and supplies a wide range of local/import ironmongery, sanitary wares and also full range of other building materials to builders and developers in many property sectors like residential, commercial, industrial and recreation, hospitality and government/military. We also assist architects, consultants and clients in ironmongery specification, providing ironmongery schedule and consultation for numerous projects over the years.
